iTani is a digital library mobile application to read ebooks and social features. The objective of this article is to measure iTani user satisfaction and formulating strategy of agricultural information dissemination through the iTani application. The research was conducted purposively in the PUSTAKA office in October-December 2019. The sampling method was stratified random sampling with a total of 390 people. The instrument used to analyze satisfaction was the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and 65.42 percent of user is quite satisfied. The dissemination strategy was formulated based on the results of the Importance Performance Analysis, which are: (1) to prioritize the attributes in quadrant I;(2) to maintain the performance of the attributes in quadrant II; (3) no need to prioritize the attributes in quadrants III and IV. Concrete efforts that can be done: making regular schedule for uploading content, thereby increasing the diversity of material; periodic checking for all ebooks that have been uploaded; providing assistance and supervision to administrators at the UK/UPT level on a regular basis; coordinating with the application developers in order to upgrade technology; issue a Decree related to the appointment of the admin; and providing features so that users can communicate directly with e-libraryadmin
