Program Overview

Sophia University has more than 200 partner institutions worldwide and receives exchange students based on the student exchange agreements. Every year, more than 300 exchange students study at Sophia. Participating exchange students pay tuition to their home institution for the period of their stay at Sophia. Exchange students will be responsible for their own room and board and transportation to and from the host institution

Application Procedures

  1. submit all application documents in a red plastic folder to DITMAWA by 13 October 2017
  2. interview session will be held between 16-18 October 2017
  3. application documents will be sent to Sophia University between 19-20 October 2017

  4. 2 Recommendation Letters (one must be signed by the head of the Department)
  5. Certificate of Health (must use the form provided by Sophia)

  7. 4 Photographs (4cm x 3cm with white background)
  8. Official ORIGINAL transcript in English (student copies are NOT acceptable)
  9. List of Courses Currently Enrolled (if not listed on the transcript)
  10. Valid IELTS/ TOEIC/ TOEFL (ITP or iBT) results for English-taught program applicants
  11. JLPT Test Report (Nl) for Japanese-taught program applicants

Call for students at Pasteur Paris University International

Brief information

The new call is now open for the Pasteur – Paris University International Doctoral program, for students beginning in October 2018. This doctoral program began in 2009 in the vibrant research environment of the Institut Pasteur in Paris, France, and has grown in each succeeding year. This doctoral program is for students who have obtained or will obtain a Master degree (or equivalent) in the life sciences from a non-French University. Eligibility criteria are listed on the website (see “Application information” and “FAQ).


All students accepted into the program will receive a salary for living expenses, health insurance and paid tuition. The program is run in English and knowledge of French is not required.

Tohoku University Japanese Program, Summer 2017 [TUJP]


– 1st term: July 3rd to July 18th, 2017 [TUJP-1]
– 2nd term: July 24th to Aug 8th, 2017 [TUJP-2]

Applying for two consecutive terms (ex. TUJP-1 and TUJP-2) is not allowed

About the Program:

TUJP provides students with intensive Japanese language classes to develop their communication skills efficiently, focusing on a variety of interesting topics in everyday life. Students are divided into 3 levels according to the placement test. This program also includes relevant lectures and cultural workshops (see below for lecture examples) as well as many opportunities to interact with Tohoku University students. At the end of the program, students will present the outcome of their project work assigned by group. (We will inform the admitted participants of this year’s project theme separately. Topics and contents are subject to change.)

– Comparative Japanese Studies
– Governmental Policy in Japan
– Japanese Law and Society
– Japanese Traditional Flower Arrangement
– Karate and more.


  • Full time undergraduate students of IPB. Students must be enrolled in their home university during this program
  • Sufficient English Ability (Equivalent to TOEFL iBT 70 or PBT 520)

Application procedure:

  • Submit all application documents in a clear-red folder to DITMAWA by 15 March 2017
  • Interview session will be announced between 20-24 March 2017 (based on further announcement)
  • Only 3 (three) applications will be nominated from IPB
  • Application documents will be submitted to Tohoku University collectively by IPB

Documents required:

  1. Applicant’s potrait photo (4 cm x 3 cm)
  2. Transcript from the previous academic year in English – can be obtained at Dit.AP
  3. Photocopy of passport (page with applicant’s photo)
  4. Personal statement (300-500 words/reasons for applying)
  5. Copy of English language ability certificate and scores
  6. Application Form for the JASSO Scholarship with hand-written signature (will be provided only for nominated applicant)

Beasiswa PT Bank KEB Indonesia 2016/2017


PT Bank KEB Indonesia kembali bermaksud menyalurkan beasiswa kepada mahasiswa Institut Pertanian Bogor dengan syarat mahasiswa kurang mampu dan berprestasi. Besarnya beasiswa adalah Rp 6.500.000,-  per orang, diberikan satu kali dan tersedia untuk 11 orang mahasiswa.

General Introduction
The SHARE scholarship programme offers a fully-funded, one semester exchange for undergraduate students from selected universities across the ASEAN region.
