Perubahan Tanggal Wisuda dan Penyerahan Ijazah Tahap VI Tahun Akademik 2016/2017 Program Pendidikan Doktor (S3), Magister (S2), Profesi Dokter Hewan (PPDH), dan Sarjana (SI)

 

Diberitahukan kepada para calon wisudawan Program Pendidikan Doktor (S3), Magister (S2), Profesi Dokter Hewan (PPDH), dan Sarjana (SI) IPB, bahwa Upacara “Wisuda dan Penyerahan Ijazah” Tahap VI Tahun Akademik 2016/2017 yang semula dijadwalkan tanggal 8 Maret 2017 DIUNDUR menjadi pada hari Rabu tanggal 22 Maret 2017 bertempat di Grha Widya Wisuda (Grawida) Kampus IPB Dramaga, dengan rangkaian Upacara “Wisuda dan Penyerahan Ijazah” mulai pukul 07.30 s/d 12.00 WIB. Perubahan wisuda tahap VI 2016/2017 dilakukan sehubungan dengan perubahan wisuda tahap V 2016/2017 yang berdampak terhadap pengembalian toga (tgl. 23 s/d 27 Januari 2017).

 

PENDAFTARAN ULANG:

Bertempat di Loket pelayanan Direktorat Administrasi Pendidikan IPB, Gedung Andi Hakim Nasoetion Lantai I, Kampus IPB Dramaga, dimulai tanggal 6 s/d 10 Maret 2017 setiap hari kerja pukul 08.00 s/d 15.00 WIB, untuk Pengambilan Undangan Wisuda, dan Peminjaman Toga.

Schedule

– 1st term: July 3rd to July 18th, 2017 [TUJP-1]
– 2nd term: July 24th to Aug 8th, 2017 [TUJP-2]

Applying for two consecutive terms (ex. TUJP-1 and TUJP-2) is not allowed

About the Program:

TUJP provides students with intensive Japanese language classes to develop their communication skills efficiently, focusing on a variety of interesting topics in everyday life. Students are divided into 3 levels according to the placement test. This program also includes relevant lectures and cultural workshops (see below for lecture examples) as well as many opportunities to interact with Tohoku University students. At the end of the program, students will present the outcome of their project work assigned by group. (We will inform the admitted participants of this year’s project theme separately. Topics and contents are subject to change.)

– Comparative Japanese Studies
– Governmental Policy in Japan
– Japanese Law and Society
– Japanese Traditional Flower Arrangement
– Karate and more.

Eligibility:

  • Full time undergraduate students of IPB. Students must be enrolled in their home university during this program
  • Sufficient English Ability (Equivalent to TOEFL iBT 70 or PBT 520)

Application procedure:

  • Submit all application documents in a clear-red folder to DITMAWA by 15 March 2017
  • Interview session will be announced between 20-24 March 2017 (based on further announcement)
  • Only 3 (three) applications will be nominated from IPB
  • Application documents will be submitted to Tohoku University collectively by IPB

Documents required:

  1. Applicant’s potrait photo (4 cm x 3 cm)
  2. Transcript from the previous academic year in English – can be obtained at Dit.AP
  3. Photocopy of passport (page with applicant’s photo)
  4. Personal statement (300-500 words/reasons for applying)
  5. Copy of English language ability certificate and scores
  6. Application Form for the JASSO Scholarship with hand-written signature (will be provided only for nominated applicant)

(Kindai University) Japanese Language & Culture Program Summer Session 2017

Kindai University Summer Session, 2017 Japanese Language & Culture Program

This program aims to provide education about Japanese language and culture for deep understanding of Japan. Students will take four or one -week Japanese language and culture instruction at Kindai University in Osaka, Japan. The length of the program depends on the time of the year, or season, for which it is scheduled. Students have opportunities to meet and interact with Japanese students through club activities/sessions, such as Tea Ceremony, Calligraphy, Flower Arrangement, and Naginata (halberd), etc. and field trip. Students will have valuable experiences to stimulate their interests in Japan by coming in touch with new culture. Living and learning in Japan will enrich your future life.

Background

Currently, the SEAMEO Secretariat has been offering an Internship Programme to selected number of applicants pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate studies and volunteers who have the desire to deepen their knowledge and understanding on SEAMEO goals, policies and activities. A SEAMEO intern candidate should be a third or fourth year Undergraduate Student or a Postgraduate Student. As far as possible, the scope of tasks given during the internship is related to the intern’s current degree of study.

The SEAMEO Internship Programme provides excellent chance for a directed, practical learning experience in regional and international platform for the candidates. In addition, the Programme could enhance partnership and network between SEAMEO and educational institutions. Therefore, the SEAMEO Secretariat would like to extend the internship opportunity to students not only at the SEAMEO Secretariat, but also at SEAMEO Regional Centres/Network (SEAMEO Units) by streamlining and making the process more systematic and integrated.

Objectives

  1. Providing opportunities for students to assist the SEAMEO Units in international cooperation, administrative, secretarial, accounting and IT areas;
  2. Providing a framework by which students could enhance their educational experiences through practical work assignments; and
  3. Providing students with exposure on regional and international work that would give them significant edge in terms of employability, career growth, and building a wider network.

Time Frame

The internship duration will be from 3 to a maximum of 6 months.

Internship Conditions

SEAMEO Units may provide interns with the following funding:

  1. A minimal stipend to partially cover food and incidental expenses depending on the budget of the receiving SEAMEO Units.
  2. Generally, all provisions above are subject to policies of the SEAMEO Units.
  3. The deadline for submission of your application form will be on 15 December 2016.

ERASMUS+ (PARTNER COUNTRIES) PROGRAM provides opportunity to:

candidates from WULS-SGGW to take part in the academic mobility in one of 17 countries and 24 partner universities from Eurasia, Western Balkans, South-Mediterranean region, South Africa and North Americ
candidates from partner universities to take part in the academic mobility at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences – SGGW
